TERRAZA / HUERTO

The intervention rescues two existing skylights and creates a new one to illuminate a house with an underutilized rooftop. Through a new circulation path, access is provided to a service patio and 120m2 (approx. 1,290 sq. ft.) of a new flexible space: a terrace surrounded by a garden / orchard that will satisfy some of the household's activities and cravings, such as harvesting, cooking, eating, playing, exercising, resting, drawing, and sharing.
