The project in the Anzures neighborhood has been refurbished over time. The new proposal chooses to take advantage of the floor plan—highlighted by a chamfered corner—to recover two bedrooms, expand the bathroom, connect the social areas, and create a workspace. It offers high-quality environments that provide a contemporary and dignified living solution, an experience that is increasingly scarce within the city.
